I'm Eric Richers — a software engineer turned licensed therapist. I help therapy practices and small businesses get more clients, save time on admin, and build a professional online presence — using smart design, SEO, and AI tools that do the heavy lifting for you.
Raised in Eugene, Oregon (1988) by an East German chemical engineer and a Mexican electrical engineer, technology was part of my DNA from day one. I started coding at 14, founded startups in my twenties, and even taught programming at community college.
But somewhere along the way, I realized I cared more about people than code. In 2017, I pivoted to counseling — working in some of the toughest environments around: residential drug treatment, the Lane County Jail, and crisis intervention. I still work shifts at the jail today, alongside my private practice. That ground-level experience keeps me honest.
During that transition, I noticed something: talented therapists and small business owners kept getting stuck on the same technical problems — ugly websites, zero online presence, drowning in admin work, no time for marketing. The clinical skills were there, but the business side was killing them.
So I built this consulting practice to bridge that gap. I combine 15+ years of software engineering with the empathy and communication skills of a therapist. The result? Practical solutions that actually work, explained in plain English, built for people who'd rather focus on their craft than fight with technology.
A clear, step-by-step process to get your practice or business online, visible, and running on autopilot — explained in plain English.
